A job hazard analysis is a process in which the EZ Builder site manager will analyze the working space to spot anything that can risk the safety of an employee or homeowner/residents.

Separate the Project into Tasks

Identify The Possible Hazards
It’s important that along with completing these tasks with detail, accuraucy, & dedication, it needs to be done safely. To do this each of our tasks are analyzed for potentials hazards that can effect any EZ Builder employees or residents of the project home. Some tasks have safety rules that will attempt to prevent common hazards. Some hazards can be improbable but still potential, these risks are important to eliminate.
Assess the Risks
Once the risks of each task are clear, we then assess the magnitude of each risk in the project. Risks with high probability or, considered more dangerous, should be dealt with very carefully. Eliminating all kind of potential risks can sometimes be impossible – so focusing on preventing common and serious ones will be most effective.
Prevent the Risks
EZ Builders works hard to completely prevent risks of any tasks involved in the construction project. We work to eliminate any hazards that may arise, and if not, we do our best to mitigate them in any way possible.
